NO I DO NOT, why ? because the billions of years of evolution that happened to create me and thus my skin, got it right, why put all sorts of chemicals on it when leaving it be will do just fine.

I used to use moisturising face washed and stuff, and still get spots. I then swapped to plain soap and find that it actually gets rid off all the grease and stuff on my face and I have hardly any spots ever now. Awesome.

I used to while I was on a course of roacuttane for acne. Never do now, it does feel rather refreshing though.

Seems a fair few people use E45 Cream? Do you use it on your face or just hands/body? & is it oil based or non-oil based?

It is paraffin based, with sheep wool fat in it too a.k.a lanolin. Does a good job on dry itchy skin on the body at least.

Nivea for men all over body moisturiser is good I find. I can't find a picture of it on the net, which is wierd... faded yellow coloured bottle.

Moisturise my face twice a day after washing, otherwise my skin gets really tight and dry.

I've got pretty good skin, using moisturisers just clogs it up and gives me spots so I don't bother with it. When i get old and dry out a bit sure, but now? Nah.
