I use an alarm clock (my phone) to ensure I never sleep later than I should but I also generally wake up prior to my alarm going off x

Same here! I've somehow developed the ability to turn them off in my sleep too.. I'm really not a morning person and don't properly wake up until I've had a shower.

Phone. I use the annoying alarm and unless I unlock it by typing in a code, it only puts it on sleep.
I used to have the same problem with a clock radio. But no way are you going to be able to type in a 4pin code or the swipe thing on android phone.

I normally use the swipe thing on my DHD but its too easy to do while asleep. I'll have to try setting it to a code unlock or something like that instead!
