Do you play lots of games at a time or focus on one?

All the games i play are games you play until you get bored rather than having any goals tocompletion:

Counter strike source
Minecraft
fifa 11
Day-Z

That's all the games I currently play, keep switching between them all but I'm quite addicted to minecraft since linktart got all its new mods.

I tend to complete one game then move on to the next. Now I'm getting older, I tend to forget the controls or forget where I was if I leave it too long. ;) However, if I have a game that I can pick up and play casually (sandbox), then I'll play that alongside the others.

Damn, I need to get back to Dead Space 2. I'm a few hours in and can't remember the controls now and can't remember what I was doing! I got distracted by Witcher 2, Kingdoms of Amalur and KSP!

I fluctuate massively :p

Sometimes I will not stop playing a game (like I did with civ 5 recently), sometimes I will play too many games at the same time, then I will end up bored and not wanting to play anything :/

Bang on the money for me. I play TONS of games at once, the get bored of them all very easily. However, one might stick out and basically I will be hooked, such as D3, but even that is getting old for me now.

play a lot test a lot

one thing which is annoying at the moment is the amount of games that are buggy or just not finished properly

all the big companies are doing this even the smaller companies.

Focus on the one, unless I reach a grind point/wall when I start to get bored.

Then I'll play something else till I gain my interest again.

If I play more than one game at a time I always end up forgetting the buttons :o

Stick to one at a time is usually best, but if the game is really long that is when you may end up straying onto another.

I play about 20 games at any given time, with about 100 installed,no point in just playing one is there.

Same here but in my case I rarely complete any of them, the last one I completed was Fallout so around early 2009.

I wish I could stick to just one or two and play them through but most just don't hold my interest long enough and when I do eventually go back to them I have usually forgotten the story e.t.c so I end up starting it again.

I prefer to stick on my MMORPG's. Curently on Lotro at the moment, thinking about going back to SWTOR.

But FPS's i like to spread them about. Although im struggling to find one to compete with BF3 at the mo.

In last month only finished Max Payne 3, started Diablo3, MW3, BF3, Skyrim (80hrs not finished main story), Bulletstorm and Borderlands but finished none of them.

Plus a increasingly large steam library.

I have all the Total War series installed and jump into any of them depending on what style of war I fancy a battle in!

I also keep a slower strategy game (Crusader Kings 2 at the moment) and an FPS or two installed depending on what I feel like...

So generally speaking: One of each Genre to suit my taste/time constraints.
