No, I'm not a child or a builder.

In all seriousness my housemate at Uni got all 4 of us off of sugar in our tea. She just told us to drink it without for 2 weeks and we'll never want to go back. She was right. The only time I have sugar in is if I've just had a greasy fry-up.

No sweetness for tea or coffee, the milk adds enough sweetness already. Don't want it to taste like a dessert :p

My dad used to have 3 heaped tea spoons, I was disgusted and told him to pack it in.

No, the lactose in the milk is enough for English Breakfast, but I normally drink Rooibos which is naturally sweeter.

You TOLD your father what he could eat or drink? I'd have been drinking gingerly through a straw if I'd pulled a stunt like that.

You say that like it's a bad thing, it is a thing of exquisite taste passed down through the generations.

Agreed, I haven't had sugar in tea for a long time now. At first it isn't very nice but now if someone put sugar in my drink, I couldn't drink it. I got my partner to make the change.
