Do you sort your Applications?

Hey all,

Do you guys just throw every app into the Applications folder as normal, or do you organise them so that you have a "Games" folder etc.?

I do on my iPad though not on MacBook. I'm new to the Mac way of doing things (like finding out shortcuts etc) so it helps organise the programs better for day-to-day use.
