Sometimes speaking your mind isnt necessarily a good thing imho. Might end up getting yourself into a lot of bother.

Situation where I didn't - my mate has started seeing this girl and has moved in with her. I can't stand her! She's loud, obnoxious, swears like a sailor and seems to have no respect for herself or those around her.... but I can't tell him that!

He's happy and if/when it falls apart I'll be there for him but in the meantime he's happy and doesn't need to know how I feel about her. there is just no point speaking my mind of the matter.

I know someone in a similar position whose done the same thing and moved in with some idiot of a dancing fool, also I think hes gay.

On internet forums, yes. I have an opinion, I voice it. It's what forums are for.

In real life, absolutely not. Each situation needs judging. People come to a forum to share opinions but not everyone in real life wants that.

No I dont. Most of the time I just can't be bothered to disagree with people when I dont care what they think of my opinions. I really dont have much time for the people who just have to let people know their view point all the time even if its irrelevant.
