Found it useful for making/replying to text or email while driving hands free, connects through Bluetooth in car so that makes it useful in that respect. Other than that haven't made use of it's capabilities. :(

I have Ford SYNC which should work well in tandem with it but I just find that whole thing a pain.

I'd rather call/text someone after I finish driving, but then again I don't do long journeys...

I've realised why I don't use it much.

Poor signal. It means I can't get in the habit of using it so only tend to use it for minor things. It is useful for turning on/off alarms though but I'm going try and start using it to set reminders.

+1
I find I use it at home for setting alarms, timers etc but when I'm out and about the signal is normally too poor to make it worth while.

Thinking about it, I'm in the same boat, as with many of the features of the phone and the apps I have.

At work I struggle to get a (very poor) 3G signal, and even around town the 3G signal is pretty intermittent and not terribly fast outside of the city centre.

I'm hoping that when I move the the iPhone 6, at switch networks from O2 to EE, I might finally be able to do all the things I should be able to do when I'm actually away from the home WiFi.

Since going back to Android I do find that I miss it while in the car. In my Audi A1 even though I couldn't activate siri via the car controls as long as I held the home button the Audi would be piped through the car's Bluetooth - something I just can't get working on Android.

I'd often use it to 'read my messages' and reply to those. Biggest annoyance for me was that its speech recognition wasn't anywhere near as good as Google's though it is more accurate in ios8.
