I don't mean this forum (since, thankfully it isn't allowed) but I mean in general?

I really dislike using abrevations, and about the only one I use is BRB in World of Warcraft or lol,

Even when writing text messages I end up spelling the entire word correctly... any else like this?

Not unless I'm running low on my free texts and I'm going to go onto a second "page" of texting :p

I use predictive....bloody annoying when i cant remember how to spell a word or want to swear :<

Yes most of the time. However I shorten "you~" into "u~" to make sure my message fits into the limit of one s.m.s.

Then I alter my English, if that still doesn't help I then take two s.m.s. messages. I hate the totally bastardised version of English that is txtspk.

Never. Not in texts. Not in instant messaging.

If I ever used text speak that went past small things such as "lol, lmao, BRB" etc, I'd be ashamed.

Not even in text messages. And it annoys me that my mum uses it, half the time I cannot understand a word she says.

On a side note why do people spell sense as sence?

I shorten most things in a text aslong as it still reads correctly, for instance I hate it when people shorten want down to wnt because then you are not sure if this means want or wont

Yep, me too.

I also don't use predictive text as it always annoys me ....

Me too...although now I have a windows mobile phone, which has a stylus, and it can predict proper spellings of words as I'm typing them on the little keyboard, which is nice. On a 'normal' phone though I don't use predictive. :)
