Guys i keep jumping in the bath or shower and then notice a few minutes later that i forgot to take my apple watch off.

Do you guys remove your apple watches before having a shower or bath ?

I’ve always worn mine in the shower, bath, swimming etc S4,S5,S6 and now Ultra. Don’t even bother to activate water mode before it just kicks in by itself.

Never had any issues.

Nervous about small devices and water so I always take mine off before shower.

How does that work, I thought it only activated if you enable it manually or if you start a water based activity workout thing.

I wear my first gen ultra in the shower and i swim with it regularly.. bit wary about steam room with it though i do see people with apple watches in there..

I don’t as I mostly wear the fabric band and they take a while to dry. Also it’s a good time to charge.

I shower in the mornings and thus don't have my watch on then, so nope - don't shower with it.

I did once but then got terrified when the speaker volume was severely reduced because it had got soap suds in. I had to soak it in a bowl of clean water and then do the water lock eject sequence a few times. But now I don't risk it.

I wear it in the shower so I can control the wireless speaker I have playing music while I'm in there.

It does occasionally fast forward a song because the touchscreen has been fooled by the water running across it, but aside from that I've never had a problem.
