What protection do you use for your phone?

Do you have a skin or a case or nude?
Do you have a screen protector? If so what type? Does it affect the sensitivity?
Do you have any other ways of protecting your phone, such as insurance?

My phone has a screen protector from the manufacturer and a case. The screen protector is soft type and was very easy to fit, the easiest I have ever fitted. The sensitivity is as good as without and I used it for a while without one. I have a case from them too and I don't think it would offer huge amounts of protection if dropped, but it does have a screen cover.

As yet, I have not broken a phone in 20 odd years but you never know when it will happen.

Have just a Spigen slim case on my iPhone 7, mainly because it’s too slippery without one.

Never bothered with screen protectors as I don’t put my phones in pockets with other items that could scratch the display. Plus my experience with privacy screen protectors when an old employer mandated them wasn’t great.

Phone is covered by home and contents insurance.

I do have a clear case I have tried on my pixel 6 pro, but have gone back to just using a leather sleeve to protect it whilst in my pocket. Don't think I have ever dropped my phone whilst using it. Touch wood.

Soft case. Phone too slippy without. Also, I do drop them if rarely. Current phone has a outer glass crack across the bottom of the screen. But I generally buu cheaper phones anyway. So not that precious about them.

I have a skin on for when I'm at home as my phone is a slippery bugger. Then I have a screen protector on. And I use a case for when I'm out.

Screen protector that is factory fitted, once it fails don't replace it, no case ever on a any phone. Usually after two years+ phones are still pristine, also keep all boxes and accessories etc. When I sold my OnePlus 6T the guy asked if it had ever been used, I told him everyday for over 3 years. :)

Usually a combo of spigen (protection/thin fit) cases and whitestone screen protector, no insurance. My job/hobbies destroys naked phones.

I'm surprised by the number of people who have none and rely on insurance. Not the most sustainable way forward! Smart phones do eat up a lot of Earth's resources after all. Lithium for example, is very hard to get.
