Some tartan slippers, socks and a nice warm jumper, and maybe some photos of the good old days.
They could also get you some Boots vouchers as old people see to view them as a valuable currency
For my 40th I got an XC Mountain bike and have ridden it since then on off road trails grinning from ear to ear. Also I am now tanned , ripped Adonis due to this
