I've searched google high and low with many a different combinations with no or very limited success.

I'm currently running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and I'm after a 'feature' that will enable me to have a 'Document Register' Basically, the server will store loads of different files and I'd like there to be one page which users go to in order to locate the files that there after. More like a HTML page that has a table in it. Ideally I'm after somthing that would work like a 'tree structure' Now I know that I could just use Explorer, but I'm after somthing with an HTML interface that makes it look a little more official. I'd like there to be like a 'cover sheet' in an HTML format for each document giving a brief summary of the document, date of creation, date of uploading to server and all that data; then with the option of 'download this file' or such at the bottom.
Does anyone know if this is already contained in MS Server 2003 (Standard Edition) or if there is any other software out there that can be used?
