Does a CPU need to be in an anti-static bag for posting?

I'm going to sell my E8400 chip but have none of the original packaging. I've bought a small padded box for the chip and some bubble wrap to put round it. I'm just not sure if it also needs to be inside an anti-static bag or not?

it should go in an antistatic bag.

Or if the box is antistatic with antistatic foam that would be fine.

Just put some kitchen roll round it to be safe.

According to the ebay advert the foam inserts are anti-static. Reckon that'll be ok?

should be ok to post in that ive had cpus posted to me just in there plastic case with bubble wrap round tht then in an envolope and never had a problem
