Does -advmethods make any difference?

Currently running 5.04beta console. There is an option for -advmethods in the config, but this seems to make no difference to either the config file or the service. I thought I'd read somewhere that advmethods doesn't make any difference anymore/on new versions? Does manually adding it to the service or config file work?

Edit, reckon adding it manually to the service is the best idea.

you can either add it to the service image path in the registry or you can select it in the configuration - whatever you do though DO NOT manually edit the client config file as this can mess up more than just the -advmethods selection (ie. your points may end up not going to your account)

if you enable -advmethods then you are requesting work that is fresh out of beta - this is often better valued work but can also still be a little unstable

-advmethods used to guaruntee you Gromacs work when the normal work was the older slower Tinker work, this is no longer the case as it depends totally on what has recently been released

Got it on in the service path now. I thought it was strange that adding it in the -configonly made no difference. I ran -configonly with advmethods as no, copied the config and checked the service, then removed the service and config file and chose yes. There was no difference between config files or service paths.
