Taking tablets?

Im dying from the killer man flu and trying my best to at least make it for tomorrow night! But when ever i try take a tablet i either start eve'ing or can just feel it in the back of my throat for rest of the day!

I fail at taking drugs

my cat fails at taking medication..... having to give her antibiotics twice a day and she thinks i hate her,

up at five grab cat and shove pill down throat,

return home at 18:30, grab cat and shove pill down throat!

want me to come and use my expert skills on you?

My brother can't take tablets properly... I don't have a problem myself. Don't even need water, I just put it in my mouth and swallow it.

Just put it at the back of your tongue, get a nice drink (I don't recommend alcohol for obvious reasons

) and drink it - the tablet should go down with it.

I too am rubbish at this! I can manage tiny little things, like hayfever tablets, but anything bigger must be crushed and eaten with jam!

Same here, no problem at all. Try to relax and not dwell on the fact that you're taking tablets.

Sounds like you need to drink more water - especially if you are suffering from man flu.

pfft.. I'm currently taking at least nine tablets a day, upto 15 if I need painkillers. One of the Antibiotics is bloody huge

Just take them, you wuss!

I used to take these Malaria resistance tablets before and during holidays in Hong Kong. These tablets were so bitter it would almost make you sick. I would wash it down with a can of coke and still be wretching a bit

you do realise you shouldnt crush pills, for obvious reasons

I just took a paracetamol and couldn't swallow it, made me gag. Flush it down with some water!

all ive ever drank is water, milk and robinsons orange

never even tasted tea or coffee or anything like that haha

Take a mouthful of water first then pop the tablet in, swallow all in one go. Sounds odd but it works for me, makes it easier to swallow.
