Does anyone else add a 300mb partition at the end of the drive for drivers/tools

Instead of faffing with usb sticks and what not, this is what i do after installing once on a machine, i'll put all the needed drivers (and things like 7zip) on a partition, then remove the drive letter

that way, next time you format (if you don't image the drive), you've got them all hidden away at the end of the drive

i tend to do a monthly sweep on all my machines to keep them update

of course, everything is backed up too, but i clean out any old crap every few weeks

gone are the days of..

stuff, stuff2, stuff3, stuff3a folders
