Does anyone else install Windows without Ethernet connected?

Windows 11 wouldn't install on my new build without internet connection.

There's a post in the Windows 11 thread with a possible workaround for Home. It was from last year so no idea if it still works as I don't use Windows anymore unless I absolutely have to.
