How does this work if one person misses a few sessions? How do they catch up?

You'll earn massive amounts more XP as a catch up mechanism. Easy enough to manage!

Awesome stuff, I'm around most evenings except Thursdays. I have study to do for an hour or so when I get in from work but am typically able to make time from 7:30pm or so.

Gaming is keeping me out of the pub which is a good thing. Saving a fortune!

We had a failed attempt at playing a little coop last year. Just bad timing I guess. Got my headphones/mic all set up, so good to go. Just so you know, I am not receiving emails or trust messages from OCUK, for some strange reason. If you can set a time and day as to when you may be on, I'll check this thread daily.

Does it fast-forwarded the person left out to the same stage in the game? i.e. if I joined you right now would I miss out on the start? I can't see how it would work any other way apart from making others repeat content.

Yeah you'd drop in at the current story mission. If you then go back and play solo you'll go to your last completed mission in the story. When you get to the missions you did in co-op you get to skip them.

Also repeating content is fun - more guns for everyone!
