Does anyone for John Lewis?

So I've managed to get a price match for a new tv. I got a code I need to tell them over the phone.

If I had a friend who worked in john lewis is there a way to get that 15% employee discount as well?

do you all use a discount card ?or an actual specific employee code per person?

its a card you get, as my better half works there.

I used to work for currys and you couldn't price match and use staff discount, not really sure if it applies to John Lewis but i'd expect it does.

Staff discount is usually supposed to be for use by the employee and their immediate family only - its tied to the staff number usually and mis-using it can have severe consequences (its often classed as gross misconduct).
