I have had one for some time and it has been fine however..........................

So the card allows you to add mutlple credit and debit cards to it, and set which one you want it to use.

it also has a go back in time function which allows you to move a purchase from 1 card to another. i have done this a couple of times and it worked fine.

2 weeks ago i bought something and accidentally charged it to the wrong card.... It was no big thing however as it had the back in time function i activated it and moved my £280 purchase to another card.

unfortunately............. whilst the charge did move to my other card................... the primary card did not get a refund and worse than that 2 days later I got charged £280 AGAIN

so now instead of 1 charge of £280.......................... I have 3!.

I tried to open a ticket but was forced to wait 10 days before i could get past the bot. i have done it now and put a ticket in and had a reply back saying due to being busy it may take 3 days for a reply.

I am just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and how it got sorted. I contacted my card with the 2 incorrect transactions on, any my option there was to claim fraudulent transaction, which i do not want to do yet as that sounds like a nuclear option.

TBH i am thinking of binning off the curve card and going back to having a wallet full of credit and debit cards.

I've never seen that before.

But Curve aren't long for this world anyway, Lloyds are buying them and I can't see them keeping it running as a service that incorporate competitors

hopefully if they do wrap up they will have to honour all credit and sort out all issues
They should sort your issue even before they wrap up...

Sorry to hear you haven't got your refund back after 2 weeks. Maybe worth making a complaint? From recent experience, that seems to have a better effect on various companies than contacting regular support.

Details on the email address, what subject line to use and contents of the email are here: https://help.curve.com/how-do-i-make-a-complaint-rk2gS_2Iu

FWIW, I had a similar issue with Curve a couple years ago, but fortunately I was refunded in a few days. A few days after that, I decided to bin off Curve altogether as I didn't want to rely on a turd of a feature like this. Although it sounded good on paper, I was hearing other people having similar issues, so just thought I'm better off going back to my wallet of cards rather than going through this hassle with them. That's what I did, binned off Curve and went back to my trusty wallet of cards.
