Does anyone know how to make Big Mac Sauce....

Just to let you know, all the recipies you can find online mention french dressing but that's the french dressing you get in the US which is slightly different to that of here.
 
Water, Vegetable Oil (Soya Oil), Gherkins, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Modified Maize Starch, Free Range Egg Yolk, Mustard Seed, Salt, Acetic Acid, High-fructose Corn Syrup, Mustard Flour, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavourings, Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride), Dried Garlic, Spice, Colour (Paprika Extract).

No dill, i thought it had dill in it.

Ah it does but a seprate thing
Cucumbers, Water, Salt, Vinegar, Dill Pickle Blends (contains Gum Arabic, Extractives of Dill and other spices, Extractives of Turmeric), Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.

With those you can easily make your own.

Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Rapeseed), Dextrose (only added at beginning of season). Prepared in the restaurants using a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil. Salt is added after cooking

I'm sure i heard they they add some flavouring to the potato during their manufacture and thats what gives them their distinct taste. Ive never tasted any frie or chip like them, the ones from KFC taste bland in comparison.
 
All you need to know is ASDA burger sauce, I wouldn't know how to make it myself but it tastes pretty much spot on

Ignore all this recipe pap, and get some of this, first thing I said when I tasted it was "Christ, this tastes just like the Big Mac sauce" :p same colour etc, cant miss it.
