Does anyone use AI stuff on their phones?

I think google docs/drive is the better product, switched personal stuff ages ago after working somewhere that used it.
For photos I think you want to be using google photos rather than samsung gallery or google drive. In the storage summary you should see that google photos is using data for photo storage, rather than google drive using that space.
OneDrive lost all my data so I strongly advise against using it. People don't believe me, but it's true, it seems fine and convenient until it isn't.

Luckily mine renewed in January for 59.99 so will see if this is available for next renewal.

Certainly not paying 85 a year. Worst case I'm move to Google drive. Which actually isn't as good as one drive. As when I delete pics from Samsung gallery they aren't deleted from Google drive.

Very annoying

I don't use any of them I self host Immich, which is replicated to an off-site backup.

I only use it for removing things from images really... I don't feel like it streamlines anything else.
