Does anywhere rent 360 games?

I'd think there are some but i could see it stopping until the scratching problem is fixed, and would be a pain to get charges if out of the blue your 360 scratched a hire game

swapgame do. I signed up for a free trial and put abuot 8 games on my list, a mixture of old and new and for different consoles. They didn't send any so I cancelled before i got billed.

My local GAME does.... kinda. What I do is if I have the money in my account I buy a game and play if for about 7-8 days, then return it for a full refund. I do this every now and again.

edit: that swapgame thing looks good. I mean £10 for as many games as you can play a month is not bad value for money. (haveing only one game at a time).

How do these companies make a profit though? It seems odd considering the cost of games, and the number they would have to have in stock to satisfy their members needs. I mean they would have to order hundreds of halo 3 copies, when it comes out and their consumers would get that game for as long as they want for £10 per month.

A game costs about £23 brand new for retailers, so after 3 months they probably break even. But ye, can't be paticularly profitable for them at all.

my local video store does them(Tomorrows World - a family run store i think), along with everything else. Its a very good video, games hire store and built up a good reputation here
