Does Asus p4p800se mobo support SATA II hdd?

First post, yay but I wanted to know if my old pal can handle SATA II hdd? Its Asus p4p800se
I've asked this in other boards but had a gloomy responses

The sticky at the top of the forum will answer your question but yes in short.

It can ''handle'' sata II discs but some hdd's may need a jumper to limit them to sata1 speeds.
