Does bioshock have soutpaw option?

After a bit of a google, all I can find out about "soutpaw" is that it's a gamepad mode... What's special about it?

edit; oh right, I guess its like, right stick walks left stick looks or something?

I can see a niche market here for left handed controllers - something I have never thought of before but I bet it can get quite frustrating for the lefties of this world ;)

Wouldn't that get annoying when moving around when you want to press a/y/x/b?

Thats what the claw hand is for. Basically growing up playing goldeneye using solitaire for years has banished me to using southpaw. ><

Im one of those weirdo's that writes with his right hand, plays football with his left and plays console FPS's southpaw. It sucks ><
