Does "copper oxide" affect performance?

Yer... but by the time you have spent the hours cleaning the block (it takes a long time) You would surely have been better just getting it nickle plated :p
 
Could well be the dye in the ECO6 seperating, l'm using ECO6 Clear with no problems at all still clear, loop 5 months old and went from a 5870, looked inside the block via the the G fitting screw hole's no build up at all, to a GTX470.
