Hi Guys

Just wondering if EE still offers Loyalty discounts, I was told they stopped offering them.

I have 2 contacts up for renewal but in the past year ive been having signal issues with them and with no loyalty discount Im not sure if i should stick with them.

Will any other provider offer anything better then the standard price if I switch to them ?

Just renewed my contract (sim only) and managed to get 25% off. I asked for my PAC code stating that I found cheaper elsewhere and they instantly matched it.
Worth a try.

Virgin announce a 40GB deal today for £18 so definitely get them to match.

Why would you stick with them if you're having signal issues even with some discount
EE has tried to fix the issue, still not perfect but its better then before and because others have their own issues, all new contacts will be full price contacts and in some cases more then EE's new contacts, only o2 and vordaphone has good indoor signal in my areas (on paper) Three has india bases support also has indoor signal issues in my area, vodaphone reviews show they have horrible support not sure if its trie. o2 seam to be good but i don't know, all will have problems and wont know till I try them so its worth asking questions.

They still price match but go via retentions. Just ask for PAC and they'll price match competition. I renewed two contracts over Christmas.

They'll happily price match or try and better. I had the discount applied to my account indefinitely until I choose to change tariff. Worth a shot as they could price match o2. They price matched plusnet and virgin for me. Their signal is decent so didn't want headache of switching. No harm in ringing 150 and going through the motions.

I was paying £12/month for U/U/2gb and saw a better deal with Virgin for £9 so I rang for my PAC number last year.
Salesman looked at my usage which is very low (500 meg) and said "How does U/U/10gb for £7.50 sound?" so I snapped his hand off.
I still only use about 500meg though.
