It's an unopened bottle... and I'm just drinking it with water! I'm not too fussed about taste as I hate the stuff anyway... all I care about is the 40% alcohol, lol!

I would imagine it would be ok if unopened. I'm guessing it would react with the air, or is that just wine?
I have a bottle of Remy that lasted 2-3 years and it tastes just as good as the first drop.
