Does migration to ADSL2+ happen automatically once available?

I discovered this week that my telephone exchange has finally been upgraded to WBC ADSL2+, according to the BT checker. I also noticed it lists the following

This line does not have left in jumpers.There is an open order on your line which is due to complete by 21-Jul-2015.

I haven't placed any orders recently so I am assuming that I being migrated over automatically from ADSL Max. Does that happen now (ISP is BT Broadband)?

Yes you'll be shifted over to 21CN.

I don't believe 20CN is technically available anymore so yes.
