Does my SSD have NCQ

Hello all just received my new SSD through the post and i am going to install it today here the SSD and Motherboard i have

Looking in my motherboard manual i have 2 options what one do i use,

using SATA/SATA2/SATA3 HDDs without NCQ function set UEFI to IDE

using SATA/SATA2/SATA3 HDDs with NCQ function set UEFI to AHCI

And is there anything else i need to know/do before installing this SSD, i am going to be doing a fresh install of windows 7

ahci supports ncq and that ssd should do too,just set to ahci in bios/install windows/run wei(windows experience index) n thats it,maybe install intel rst(rapid storage controller) drivers from mb website
