Does P45 mobo support sli ?

Does SLI need pci-3 x16 x2 or will i be ok with the above slots ?

Nope

It only supports xfire if im not mistaken

For crossfire you'll be fine (2x ATI/AMD cards)

For SLI (2x nVidia cards) you will need hacked drivers - SLI can be made to work on P45 with modified drivers - but theres no guarantee.
