Grammar is very important and I find myself questioning my own use of SPAG daily.

However, in the case of Waterstones, I don't think it matters or makes any difference.

I was more concerned when they changed the typeface of the W in their logo.

Punctuation matters big time in my honest opinion. People who don't use it properly frankly annoy me they show either a lack of ability in using it and/or just sheer bone idleness! In my book both of these are no excuse at all!

The whole Waterstones debacle is ridiculous!

It's very important. I've noticed a lot that when some people are corrected they get upset by it and call you a "grammar nazi" for correcting their punctuation. That kinda says it all really.
