Does Realbench use avx instructions

Does Realbench use avx instructions. I have been running 5.1ghz with no avx offset and I have been playing around with the offset to reduce temps during the summer with my house being very warm 25c+ and have noticed my chip downclocking to 4.8ghz with a 3 avx offset. Does anyone else use an avx offset with there 9900k?

I used one with my 9700k while benchmarking as avx instructions would drive temps up too high for my liking.

I have the pro wifi.
Realbench uses some occasional avx instructions I believe.
Problem I noticed was my CPU was constantly down locked with an avx offset. I only use my rig for gaming so had turned off the avx offset now.
@Danny75 also informed me that gigabyte avx is currently broken and just permanently downclocks.

Well it seems the case from what I read but I phrased it as a question, not as certain knowledge. It's been happening to you as well with your board, though.

I do believe Realbench uses some AVX yes.

If it does, then it doesn't make much difference to temperatures, maybe a couple of degrees. Compared to Prime95 toasting everything.
