Does this browser feature/app exist?

Has the ability to send multiple links. So for example, if you were drawing up a shopping list of PC components/bike parts (whatever), or researching something and you wanted to share all your tabs with your friend/s via facebook/email and it would open multiple tabs and load each individual page in their browser when they clicked on the link

Does it exist? or can someone make one please?

That'll copy the URLs of all open tabs to the clipboard. Not sure what to do with them after that.
