Does this cable exist?

The NZXT H1 has a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C front connector.

As the mobo rear IO isn't really accessible, is there a cable to connect this front panel header to the external USB 3.1?

I didn't explain well enough.

I want to go X570, so have the ROG Strix, or Aorus Pro WiFi. The Gigabyte board is the cheaper of the two (which I'll probably end up with), but is doesn't have a front port connector for the USB type C.

Because the H1 IO is difficult to access, I'd like to use the front port.

Does anything exist to extend the front port connector so I can route it outside and plug it into the mobo IO?

had a look at the case and it seems although its difficult to access you can still plug things into the mobo IO, so wouldnt it be easier just to get a male to female usb-c cable and have it plugged into the mobo IO?

Yep, probably. I just thought if it did exist, I'd buy the cable.

what you would need is a usb c male to usb c 20 pin female, but i cant find anything like that

you can get an adapter that would convert your internal usb type-a port into a usb c but you would be losing your front usb type-a

Cables to convert the 19 pin cable from the case to dual type A are easy enough to get hold of. That would allow the front USB A sockets to connect to the rear IO and leave the 19 pin header on the motherboard free.

You could then use the 19 pin header, with an adapter, for the front-mounted USB C.
Good shout! Sounds a plan

one more idea, instead of routing a cable to the back, you can get a pci-e to usb 3 19 pin which would give you an extra usb 3 internal port or maybe 2

im not sure how to link one without linking to a competitor but if you google "PCI-e X1 to 2 ports 19pin USB3.0 Header PCI Express" you should find what i mean
