Does this = dead card?

Is my card dead after reading these points:

• The ATI 4670 powers from the PCI-E slot and requires no extra cables connected to it.
• The FAN does not spin.
• There is no display if I use the VGA slot on the card.
• There is no display if I use the DVI slot on the card.
• The on-board VGA works fine.
• The card doesn't show up in device manager.
• I have the latest motherboard drivers.
• I have the latest graphics card drivers.

I haven't got another machine to try it in.

Another point I could add to that list is

• I had to replace most other parts after my power supply exploded and fried everything along with it.

sounds dead sure there is no 4 pin floppy power needed for it ?

I had a GPU like that ATI as well

Nope, no 4, 6 or 8 pci power thingies on the card. Only a small wire from the fan to the card which is connected.

What PSU was it out of interest?

Sounds like it may have been damaged when you lost the other components, that's unfortunate.

The power supply that burnt out was a Antec 400W, it's actually the 2nd time this has happened, after I replaced everything and stupidly bought the same PSU.
