There isn't a massive choice.
You have the Acer Timeline X 3820TG, expensive, comes with HD5470. Not very sexy. There is apparently a version with HD 5650, but not available in Europe, and has overheating problems.
Asus U35Jc. Similar to the Acer 3820TG.
The Samsung QX310 / QX410, with GT310M, also expensive. Sexy looking, but lacks graphics power. I think they come with bluray drives.
The Samsung Q430. Lacks graphics power and battery not that great great with regard to the competition.
The Acer Travelmate 8371 / Timeline 3810TZG. It's a CULV processor, a HD4330, so lacks in power but looks sturdy, very cheap, no optical drive (external USB bluray recommended).
The HP Envy 14, with HD5650, and has the optional battery extension (a flat battery that fits underneath the laptop). It's like a MacBook Pro 15 in many respect, but HP doesn't sell the high res screen option over here. Not exactly slim and light. No bluray drives.
There is also the HP DM4t, but I don't think it's available in the UK (i5 + HD5470). That would be the ideal solution, it has good battery life, good performance, and looks cool in its metal chassis.
Oh and of course the Sony Vaio Z. Awesome little machine, except for the fact that it costs £2500 for a good config.
