Seems typical for vidahost to have issues:

I don't know how to query ns1 and ns2 but could be that ns1 is pointing to a random IP whereas ns2 is correct - hence why it randomly works for some and not others.

Not sure where 77.68.78.223 is coming from - but neither ns1 or 2 are returning anything valid for me - though the domain itself points to 77.68.78.223 (with my DNS) and loads for me (I'm assuming it is an old record).

Are you hosted with tso? It sounds like they've just changed name and it could be vidahost is not configured properly?
