Does this site load for you?

We have loads of domains at work registered with tsohost (vidahost). The DNS breaks like this all the time causing loads of down alerts. It's done it for months (I do keep telling everyone to drop them...). We have other domains on a different tsohost account and they all seem fine though. Odd.

I personally use https://www.namecheap.com/ for my domains (not for hosting) - they've been great.

Works fine here. UK using TT and ODNS DNS servers.

DNS looks good: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a:forevergaming.co.uk&run=networktools

Not related but this is from looking up the registrar on MXToolbox.com: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns:forevergaming.co.uk&run=networktools

SOA Serial Number Format is Invalid
ns1.tsodns.com reported Serial 1644481937 : Suggested serial format year was 1644 which is before 1970.

Seems typical for vidahost to have issues:
https://webmasters.stackexchange.co...-going-back-and-forth-48-hours-after-changing

I don't know how to query ns1 and ns2 but could be that ns1 is pointing to a random IP whereas ns2 is correct - hence why it randomly works for some and not others.

Edit: your DNS server is garbage:

Looks like it is doing something slightly differently this morning.

Garbage DNS in summary, change host.

Chrome, and it doesn't even attempt to load.

If you need to stick with TSO's hosting and only host a few domains, then you could always shift to a third-party provider like Hurricane Electric; makes it a little clunky to manage but they at least work and propagate records globally and properly.

But as someone else mentioned, move hosting as TSOHost are (now) *****.

I wonder if switching to the nameservers (ns1 to ns3) on the tsohost.com domain would work (different addresses to tsodns.com)?
They still aren't great but we have little issue with them.

Oh good point, I forgot to check if they were using different nameservers.

Actually I also just remembered that I fixed "our half" of the domains by just moving the DNS to CLoudflare and we let them manage it.

All you need to do is create a free account, and change your domains nameservers to Cloudflare then use their dashboard to mange all your DNS.

(we make use of their web firewall and DDoS protection too, for ~£20/m it's worth it for us)

Cheers all, sorted now! We moved away from TSOHost as they were indeed absolutely awful but when I cancelled their services I didn't sort the DNS, which @antijoke sorted for us once again!

Not all heroes wear capes, some make crap jokes and fix websites too
