The GPU looking at Andantech is faster than the 650 and the motherboard does offer USB 3 & SATA 6 connection.

Would I still need to change the case as the one I looked at was cheap but was it big enough?

The case you were looking at supports that motherboard size so you should be fine, I can't see any problem.

The Tsunami Gaming Case will fit Micro ATX / ATX so if you want that then u will be fine with RJC spec.

The Xigmatek Asgard Pro Gaming is a great case for the money.
