what about getting a cheap pci-e/ddr2 mobo, with onboard gfx, then get some ddr2 save the rest of the money until you have abit more, and get a newer pci-e gpu.
at least then, when u come to upgrade next, u wont have to replace everything, as u'll have a compatable gpu with newer systems
