Do you have any benches or tests to support that? Not that I don't believe you, i'd just be interested to read what they have to say.
Find me some reproducible benchmarks from the defrag software makers which demonstrate noticeable performance gains after using their products

But anyway, my advice, get an SSD, install Windows on it, disable defragmentation and forget about it
