I’m building new PC and decided for Gigabyte X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI AM4 Mini-ITX with new Ryzen 5600x in it. Will it boot straight out of the box or do I need to get older CPU somewhere and flash the bios first?

Whole build btw:
CPU: Ryzen 5600X
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
MB: Gigabyte X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-4400 CL19 Memory
SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
PSU: Corsair TXM Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
with 6800tx in tiny case Kolink Satellite mATX

good luck today to everyone who would like to get one in oc!

Most motherboards have received in retail stock an initial bios enabling you to boot with new processor since September. So you should be OK then all you do once booted apply the newest bios and away you go.
Maybe worth asking supplier when they received this stock of that motherboard being probably not so popular as larger boards though.

Edit added "I don't know much about that board but looks very recent on another site shows
Date First Available October 05, 2020 so I suspect you will be OK"
