Dog Psychologists help needed

Mech is one man with one opinion. There's plenty more who've studied and lived with wolves in the wild and concluded that wolves have a very complex hierarchal structure. Like the Dutchers.

Mech had the same beliefs a long time ago too, but that has changed with the times along with other scientists, so there is no call for rudeness.

Just reading some of Mech's stuff regarding pack structure. You said no specific rank system exists. Mech isn't saying that. He's saying that while it exists, it is not based on dominance as he previously thought. So yes. You're still wrong.

What other scientists?

Articles are sourced in Mechs article "Whatever happened to the term alpha wolf?"

Mech states that parents naturally lead the pack, that isn't the same as having a specific rank structure of alpha, beta omega etc.
