Domain Name Query

Hey all,

Just a quick question - A domain name I am after expires on the 18th November (It's registered at GoDaddy) - On the Whois form it says:

Status: clientDeleteProhibited
Status: clientRenewProhibited
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Status: clientUpdateProhibited

What exactly does this mean? How should I go about grabbing the domain name?

I think that you can stop people viewing the owner of a domain, I think that you pay more for this feature... people can correct me if I'm wrong.

You will be able to purchase (IIRC) after 75 days, theres a few different stages it has to go through after the expiry.

The registrant details are available - It's some guy in the US as always

I was just wondering why it is in this stage before the expiration date... When will it become available?

Those statuses are normal - re expiration, in summary a long/random time after exp date. sedo.co.uk + others do a drop-catching service where they attempt to grab it for you
