Domain transfer

Just after a bit of advice, I'm making a website for someone and plan to host it with Register 1 but the domain name was bought off of someone else but the registration details have changed to the person I'm doing the website for, will this cause any problems if I register for the hosting using my account with my details?

It doesn't matter who the domain belongs to, so no, there won't be any problems.

Just as long as the name servers point to your hosting.
