Playing football... tried to play on and run it off but it just didn't happen. Hobbled home and now have a wet towel wrapped round my thigh.

It really is hurting.. reckon I should go to the doctors in the morning?

No medical threads are allowed I'm afraid. Go see your GP. He'll refer you if it is serious.

I was referred to a physio by my GP for a hammy problem. I'd held off going to see him because I thought it would fix itself. Waiting caused more problems than the original injury, go see your quack.
