Noted, but then GD would be just full of spam or relationship threads, we need something decent to buck the trend.

Took the words out of my mouth. When recipe threads are ready to be culled off, perhaps a subforum (searchable of course) could be their final resting place.

Perhaps rather than a sub forum but a sub-archive. So when active they are in GD however after 30 days they are stored separately so that you can easily find older receipts etc
