Doesn't matter. The form may have said that the design was "at the artist's discretion" but there's no way a "reasonable man" would expect that to mean that when asked for a scene from Narnia the tattoist would draw a pile of poo.

The fact that he appears to have plied her with drink is hardly going to go in his favour either.

How does a man do that? Did he held a gun to her head and forced her to drink?

Right, no man has ever attempted to get a woman drunk in order to take advantage of her.

If the story is remotely true, it's clearly intended to suggest that he got her drunk in order to get her to sign the dubious contract.

He did it under the guise of friendly drinks with his partner, with ulterior motives hidden to her and tricked her.

You don't have to use force or intimidation to coerce someone into doing something, especially not when that someone is romantically engaged to you

Now that you mention it, there's no link in the OP, and googling for the text of the story just turns up other forums like this with posts discussing the story.

I just searched the image. The tattoo may be real but the story is most certainly false.

That pic has been around for a few years, mainly on worst/stupid tattoo sites.

Surely in the consent form it would say about not tattooing anyone drunk or obviously on drugs. All decent tattoo and peircing parlours should.
