The mast one in the OP is crazy but for a decent amount of money I'd definitely give it a bash if the conditions were perfect.
The guy doing pullups is ridiculous. I don't even think that's impressive - it's that retarded. He must have something seriously wrong upstairs, especially considering the difficulty he looks to have getting into position and barely managing to do a pullup!
The speed rock climbing one is the most impressive I think. He's actually running up the wall at some points! Serious skills.
